Mike Lupenec - I created CST90pro (Complete Soccer Training) after 35 years of playing and coaching soccer, setting school and club history and winning championships. I decided it was time to refocus my unique coaching methods in conjunction with sports science and nutrition to teach any player at any level. Every player with a passion has the potential to be great - with the CST90Pro system every player now has that opportunity. Where other training methods focus on one area of the game, I focus on every aspect of the game, tapping into strength, conditioning, tactics, technical skill, mentality, and nutrition to provide a COMPLETE coaching experience. Training does not start and stop on the field - it is a lifestyle. 
I have created this program to inspire and teach the skills necessary to provide players with motivation and accountability to achieve elite player status.
